Personal del restaurante perezoso y sin descanso

Las habitaciones y la propiedad eran agradables y la persona de recepciĆ³n era amable. Lo que fue decepcionante es que llegamos tarde y entendemos que la cocina estĆ” cerrada. Sin embargo, la recepciĆ³n dijo que podĆ­amos tomar cafĆ© por la noche en la habitaciĆ³n, pero resultĆ³ que nuestras dos habitaciones estaban a unos pasos de la cocina y el comedor, asĆ­ que caminamos hasta allĆ­. Encontramos a las tres personas que atendĆ­an el Ć”rea sentadas escuchando mĆŗsica y trataron de decir que no podĆ­an ayudarnos, hasta que dijimos que la recepciĆ³n dijo lo contrario. Entonces, de mala gana, tardaron 20 minutos en preparar dos cafĆ©s de 6 onzas. Luego, en el salĆ³n de fiestas hubo un evento que durĆ³ hasta aproximadamente las 3 de la maƱana con mĆŗsica en vivo a todo volumen, lo que parecĆ­a ser el mĆ”ximo. EstĆ”bamos mĆ”s lejos del Ć”rea de la fiesta y las cosas en nuestras habitaciones temblaban. Eso hizo que pasĆ”ramos una noche larga sin poder descansar durante nuestro viaje de 6 horas al dĆ­a siguiente. BĆ”sicamente, el hotel me debe un reembolso por dos habitaciones, Ā”Ā”Ā”pero buena suerte con eso!!!

Family vacation.

Beds are hard as a rock. (Deal breaker)Holes on bedsheets and dining tables. Employees are very nice and friendly. Hotel owners need to remodel the entire hotel. No hand rails on balconies. Parking is free. Breakfast o.k. bring your own coffee.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious cabin looking rooms and they each have a little patio for you to enjoy the view outside. My room had a little fireplace which made it all the better and more homey feeling. The TV was a good size, and there were several chairs provided across the room. Parking is convenient and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel next to the beach and on calle 13.

Always a nice stay! Short walk to calle 13, bars and restaurants. Short 5 minute drive to el malecon, always was told that August was hot..... indeed its freaking hot.

Hard mattress, bad service

Hotel is rustic and beautiful from the outside but the rooms are a bit outdated. The mattress was the worst part of the room, it was extremely hard and the pillows were bad too. The rooms dont have an iron either. The service was not the best either, one of our toilets was leaking and the light in one of our bathrooms did not work. I reported it to the front desk in our fist night there and they said they will have someone check it out in the morning because their handy man was off for the night. The next morning nothing. We stayed for the weekend and it was never fixed. The "free" breakfast was ok.
