Definitely a hidden treasure! We loved everything about this place. The staff was amazingly attentive and took care of everything we asked for. They were very pleasant in all situations. Aysun was excellent and made breakfast something we truly looked forward to each morning. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our there was. We would definitely return to this hotel if we go back to Cappadocia again.

Me and my fiancée stayed in their "comfort room" and it was not a comfortable experience at all. The second we walked into the room, we asked about the smell. We were told it was probably stale air so we did everything we can to ventilate the room for 2 days and the smell did not go away. We finally found the problem on our last night and their was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom! A layer of black mold on the wood on the ceilings. The property is absolutely stunning and offers an incredible, authentic breakfast. There’s also plenty of accessible trails and hiking opportunities along with a short walk into the city center. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and each area was very well thought-out, but the readily available staff is what truly made our experience unforgettable. The concierge provided plenty of options of things to do and helped us craft our itinerary and coordinated our excursions with nearby operators. 10/10 recommend and would love to stay here again!

Unforgettable stay in Cappadocia

I had an unforgettable stay at this Cappadocia hotel! From airport transfers to check-out, the service was exceptional. The reception team was friendly and helped me upgrade to a beautiful room at a reasonable price. The room itself was a dream – unique, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. The mattress and shower were fantastic, and the private pool was the perfect treat. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. When I missed breakfast due to a late morning, they still managed to prepare something for me. They even arranged a ride to a recommended restaurant for my birthday dinner, where I received a surprise free dessert a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, and housekeeping was top-notch. As a solo traveler who's stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say this one is the best. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Cappadocia.

The Best of the Best!! 10/10

Me and my wife decided to escape for a few days from our daily routine. I have to say this has been one of the best experiences of our lives. I travel a lot for work and spend half of my life in hotels, and from my experience, this hotel has the most incredibly amazing, warm hearted, dedicated and hard working people I have ever met. What They have is something you can’t just learn in College or with work experience. Their incredible hospitality is so deep and warm, that within a couple of days we were already blown away by their kindness. Sezer (I believe he is the hotel Concierge & front desk manager), made sure that every single day our stay was as worry free, relaxed and comfortable as possible. I have never felt so well taken care of in my life. Its like he knew exactly what me and my wife needed every single day! He has really good taste when it comes to recommendations, and wow he nailed it. Aysun and Ayşegül (they are in charge of breakfast and I think they do the Housekeeping too)….. I will just say, WOW. It felt like they were the Turkish version of my mother and my aunt taking care of us! I mean wow they really know how to cook!! What a delicious breakfast we had every day! Their scrambled eggs are delicious, loved their Gözleme and their Meze (Specially the ones they make in their kitchen). The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located near the touristy area of Goreme, but in a much quieter and relaxed area (great view). We Loved it all!! Thank you!!!!

An Unforgettable Stay in Cappadocia!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The owner assisted us in getting a ride to and from the airport. The room was not only spotless and beautifully designed, but also carved into the rock in that signature Cappadocian style—totally magical. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. Can’t recommend it enough!
