My wife and I thought Cappa Via Cave Hotel gave us a wonderful and unique experience overall! I mean, the hotel was situated in an amazing place with great views of hills full of caves. Hotel’ staff were friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfast!! By the way, lovely lady who works at the hotel’ cafeteria was extremely nice to us every single morning!!I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Merhaba. Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Oda oldukça temiz, düzenli ve huzurluydu. Her şey düşünülmüş ve düzenlenmişti. Konaklama sırasında odamızda bulunan ikramlar yetmez gibi otelden ayrılırken de hediye ikramlıklar vermeleri çok nazikçeydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Yeniden Nevşehir’e gelecek olursam yine burada kalırım.

Romantik ciftlere kesinlike tavsiye ederim.

Esimle evlilik yildonumu icin ozellikle magara otel ariyorduk. Odalar cok genis konforlu jakuzi icerisinde. Oda onunde avluda cayinizi icip muhtesem ortahisar kalesi manzarasini seyredebilirsiniz. Otel sahibi cok ilgili beyfendi. Kahvalti fazlasiyla yeterli ve kaliteli idi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Otel sahibinin cevreyle ilglili onerileri de muhtesemdi.

Perfect concept ,but some critical points

Room 202 was a cave room and no window.When the room has no window the room should have good air condition system.This was the main problem secondly was hard bed with very soft low quality pillows.the room and bathroom was good .we liked the concept of 202 standard room when compare with deluxe room 201.The breakfast was okey except tea,and service was bad. the tea was bad.The manager mehmet is helpful and kind.I am critize.Becouse the room does not deserve 10 point.

Perfect concept ,Disturbing points

Room number 201 is our first night room.The room atmosfer concept of the hotel and decoration was perfect. But the room has a bad smell coming from wc.we have to open both window and door together but we cannot achleve to get rid of.Bed is too hard and pillow are so soft .the bottom ceamics of shower cabin is bad the water cover all the bathroom floor after 2 min shower.air ventilation is bad .This can not be accepted.Breakfast is good.but the service of 2 girl is not good.They are not following .The manager mehmet was helpful and so kind.I want to critize these points.I hope hotel hes better room

Ik en mijn vriend verbleven hier voor 5 nachten. We zijn ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen door Mehmet! Hij gaf ons bij aankomst meteen een drankje en alle informatie over de activiteiten die via het hotel geboekt konden worden. Het verblijf zelf was prachtig! Onze kamer had mooi uitzicht op het kasteel. Ook de service van het hotel was geweldig! Het ontbijt was goed georganiseerd en s’avonds werden we vriendelijk en goed bediend voor Enes. Wij hebben absoluut geen minpunten voor dit geweldige verblijf, bedankt voor alles! En tot de volgende keer :)
