Parking:
This property comes with one dedicated carpark for the length of your stay.
Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the townhouse, yard and carpark. Door codes are sent through on the morning of your arrival.
Getting around:
Upper Hutt Train Station is a five-minute drive, with a direct line to Wellington CBD, and local bus stops are within a short walk too. Wellington CBD is around 30 minutes by train or 40 minutes by car, and the airport is roughly 50 minutes out.
The neighbourhood:
Trentham Memorial Park is just five minutes away with walking trails, sports fields and open spaces, and Trentham Racecourse is three minutes out for events and entertainment. Local cafés and dining are within 5 to 10 minutes, Upper Hutt Town Centre is five minutes for shopping and essentials, and Kaitoke Regional Park is around 20 minutes away for hiking trails and Rivendell from Lord of the Rings.

• Strictly no pets allowed.
• No smoking indoors.
• Please don`t eat in the bedrooms – the dining table is there for a reason.
• No gatherings inside the house. Zero tolerance for parties and loud music.
• Please don`t tamper with the front door or its fittings, as this may prevent it from unlocking and require someone to come and assist you.
Guests:
• Only registered guests to stay overnight – please let us know in advance if your numbers change. This is important in case of an emergency, and for insurance purposes.
Damage & maintenance:
We understand accidents happen. Please let us know so we can arrange replacement items or repairs before the next check-in.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
• If you move any furniture, please move it back to its original position at the
• end of your stay. If additional staff are required to move heavier items, a charge will apply.
