The toilet bidet and the room light was not working. The staff offered a room change but we had already unpacked so we declined. But we did not expect the aircon was also not working and we opened one of the windows for fresh air but the noise from the rain heating the roofs made it worse! Did they give us the worst room? Overall, we did not sleep well at all.

お迎えを頼んだら、キチンとバスの降車場まで迎えにきてくれました。料理も感動演出され、美味しく豪勢でした。お風呂へ行くのに迷ってしまったけれど、フロントの方が2回とも丁寧に案内してくださった。どのスタッフの方も優しく丁寧に対応してくださり最高の旅になりました。
