Staff were excellent and could not fault them. The property itself feels a little bit tired but you can use all the facilities at Crowne plaza next door so value for money wise it is very good

Without prompting (they must have seen my passport when I checked in) I came back to the room on my birthday to find balloons, a cake made of towels, a huge chocolate cake and a fruit bowl. Really nice surprise.
