Cosy duplex near Colmar and Mulhouse

My accommodation of 75 m², the cottage "La Vigne", is close to the park Le Petit Prince, the Ecomuseum of Alsace, Basel-Mulhouse and Colmar airports.
The Domaine du Vieux Murier is located in the center of the village of Ungersheim
100 m from the village square, from the bakery
The property is an old farmhouse from 1740 renovated with care and authenticity,
exposed beams and sandstone.

The Gîte is not suitable for the organisation of parties. Only travellers counted at the time of booking access to the accommodation.
Outside visits are not allowed.

You will enjoy with the children a trampoline and the pool area. The unheated common pool is in operation from june to end august. The pool area is shared and is open from 10 a.m. up to 7 p.m.
These leisure facilities are shared.

You can park your car inside the enclosed property.
The rental price does not include charging of electric vehicles. We kindly ask you to charge your vehicles at the charging stations provided for this purpose (opposite the town hall).

With a capacity of 6 people on 75 m², the ground floor consists of a large open space of 40 m²:
a fully equipped kitchen, with crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, ceramic hob, oven pyrolysis, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with compartment -18 ° C.
A table with extension and 6 chairs (and a baby high chair available on site),

and a sofa bed sleeping two people, pellet stove.

We limit the number of babies (under the age of 24 months) to one in this accommodation. Beyond one, babies become charged and must be counted as children when making the reservation.
A high chair and a baby cot are provided free of charge.

Pets (dog or cat) are welcome (20€/animal + 5 €/night), dogs have to be kept on a leash. Only socialized dogs are welcome.
