Cozy Studio Apartment on the Ground Floor and With a Shared Pool

Holiday house with two apartments and a shared garden and pool is located in a small village Babici, near the town of Umag. The apartments are located on the ground floor of a family house, and are suitable for two people in one and up to three people in the maximum. They are comfortably furnished and you will definitely feel at home. Apartment A2 consists of an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with sitting furniture. The garden is also very nicely decorated and completely fenced. In the garden there is, to the delight of the youngest guests, a children's playground, swimming pool, deck chairs and parasol, as well as a barbecue and garden furniture. Parking is located inside the yard. The price of renting an apartment includes electricity, water, satellite TV, internet, parking, bed linen and towels and final cleaning. A washing machine is available on request from the owner. Pets are welcome and the surcharge is also directly with the owner upon arrival.
