The entryway is very spacious. The sofa can be converted into a bed, complete with a mattress (blackout curtains). There is a shared bike storage room in the basement. A lockable basement storage room is also available upon request. Wi-Fi with 16 Mbit/s and a workspace with an ergonomic chair are provided. Netflix is available with your own account. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are also available at the restaurant diagonally across the street (Qmuh).
The spa area is just one door down (sauna, massages, etc.—reservation required).
Make yourselves at home throughout the entire apartment! Everything will be prepared for you: from a freshly made bed and thorough cleaning to a bottle of water, a pack of Nespresso capsules, and more... Additionally, you’ll find items in the pantry such as Coke, Fanta, spaghetti, soups, tea, coffee, toothpaste, sun cream, toilet paper, and more.

A holiday in this high-quality 57-square-meter apartment in Ulm is more than worth it, because this city on the Danube has something to offer everyone—from adventurers and explorers to culture and nature lovers! Plus, there’s a beautiful playground right around the corner with a Kneipp path and a sunbathing area. You’re just a 1-minute walk from the most famous pedestrian zone, where you’ll find a wide variety of shops (drugstores, clothing stores, bakeries, doctors’ offices, hair salons, etc.). On Wednesdays and Saturdays, a large market takes place on Münsterplatz (about 100 metres away). You can reach special attractions like Ulm Cathedral, the Fishermen’s Quarter, the Tanners’ Quarter, the Leaning House, Ulm City Hall, and the Ulm City Wall in just a few minutes on foot.
In case of bad weather, the Ulm cinema is just a 5-minute walk away. And don’t forget the wonderful Ulm Theatre!
