Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
事前に到着が深夜になることを伝えていましたが、チェックイン方法等の連絡はなく、到着するも部屋に入れずでした。結局深夜から飛び込みで泊まれるホテルを探す始末でした。 その後もメッセージに対しては何も返答がありません。払い戻しもどうなるかわかりません。
