Parking was excellent, huge car park at rear with direct access to hotel lounge. Super clean, modern rooms. There is a food warm up arena with oven, grill, microwave and utensils!

One of the best hotels we stayed at on our Kyushu trip. Ukiha rest station at our door step with plenty of food options. We also enjoyed a communal meal at the common dining area and made a few new international friends . Rooms were lit and clean, service was top notch. Location is pretty central to explore kurume, the Ukiha orchards or down to Hita and even Oita . Excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the area.

It is a quite place. The room is big, clean and tidy. It is a good place for me to stay in Ukiha. The bed is big and comfortable. It is nearby the Ukiha Rest Area where I can buy fresh fruit, breakfast, tea leave, ...etc. There is a small laundry room. I didn't notice that there is tissue in the washing machine. And my clothes were come out with snow flake! I would recommend the hotel staff to have a check regularly.

Excellent service, staff is very knowledgeable for restaurants and things to do nearby. We send email to ask about tea experience and fruit picking experience and they reply with detailed information. Room is spotless and there is self-service laundry and free coffee and a little pantry where you can sort yourself breakfast with the shop next to the hotel where they sell local products every day. Highly recommend!

Önskat vi kunde låna riktiga tallrikar, gafflar, pinnar, istället för papperstallrikar och engångs gafflar och pinnar. Önskat hotellet kunde erbjuda te (låna ut tekannor & teblad) och säsongsfrukter från trakten. Det var tråkigt att Michino-eki stängde kl.18. Vi jobbade, så att vi inte hann handla på morgonen (öppnar kl.8 för hotelgäst) hellre. Vore bra om hotellet kunde ta emot "mat-förbeställning" av frukost & lunch & middag, så kan vi hämta mat på receptionen. Restaurangen i närheten stängdes också mycket tidigt, eller inte öppet. Sängen var perfekt.

ホテルでは食事の提供がないため、近隣のお店に行くか、道の駅で購入してホテルのラウンジでいただくかしていました。 道の駅の開店時間が午前８時前後なため、もう少し早くに朝食がいただけると助かると思いました。 そのほかは、とても綺麗で特に部屋の洗面所のレイアウトなどがとても素敵だと思いました。部屋が広く感じるし、広さも十分に満足です。

1. 前台的服務員態度親切有禮，還很貼心的在我們沒有提及下替我們安排了相連和相通的房間，方便了我們和家人的互動，不用拿著房咭跑進跑出； 2. 房間整體清潔到位，床舖舒適； 3. 由於酒店沒有餐廳，但在G/F 設置了一個溫馨舒適的交誼廳和長餐桌，可以去酒店旁邊的市場買食物，也可以用微波爐翻熱； 4. G/F 也有一個投幣式 LAUNDROMAT 可以洗衣服； 5. 自駕的話停車不用擔心，因為酒店後面就是一個大停車場； 整體來說我們覺得 | 费尔菲尔德・拜・万豪 福冈浮羽 | 的住宿體驗非常棒；
