Villa Amoenitas by Perle di Puglia

Villa Amoenitas is a beautiful villa with swimming pool and sea view for vacations in Torre San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento. The modern villa is located just minutes from the beaches, is on two levels and offers up to 14 beds.
Modern and well equipped, the villa is complete with air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, fireplace, two full kitchens, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Also present are the barbecue for grilling, outdoor shower serving the pool, and parking inside the villa, which has an outside gate. Pets are allowed.

With
a flourishing garden as a backdrop, Villa Amoenitas has large shady
spaces furnished for relaxation, with a well-maintained pool area and
solarium equipped with loungers and sofas. Superb is the large circular
gazebo with cushions and rugs overlooking the sea.
The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms of
which 1 quadruple with double bed + two singles, and 1 quadruple with
double bed + double pull-out bed. All rooms have en suite shower rooms.
Upstairs is the second dining room with kitchen and 3 bedrooms, including 1 twin with French beds and 2 doubles.
All
rooms are air-conditioned. Villa Amoenitas has modern furnishings,
large and bright spaces, excellent finishing with curtains and mosquito
nets. There is also a laundry area with washing machine on both floors,
as well as spacious covered and furnished verandas for outdoor dining with a sea view.

Villa
Amoenitas is a beautiful villa with swimming pool located in Torre San
Giovanni, Marina di Ugento, in the locality of Fontanelle. The quiet
residential area allows you to reach in a few minutes by car both the
center of the marina, where in summer there are all the main services,
and the beautiful historic center of Ugento. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September .
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 200, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living rooms.
