THE SPACE

The property unfolds around a central building featuring five spacious, independent suites, each with a private bathroom and individual climate control (air conditioning and heating). The fifth suite can also serve as a workspace or private office.

A true highlight of the property is the master bathroom, adorned with a majestic, hand-carved stone bathtub weighing over 800 kg, creating an intimate and refined atmosphere.

The central living room is the social heart of the masseria: an open-plan kitchen—equipped with both gas and induction cooktops—is perfect for preparing meals independently or hosting a private chef (upon request). The living area also includes an original fireplace, a cozy lounge, and a large dining table for 12 guests. Adjacent to it, a cinema room with a large screen offers the ideal setting for relaxing movie nights in total comfort.

Outside, the masseria is surrounded by a lush garden with fruit trees, providing complete privacy and tranquility. The natural stone swimming pool with a waterfall and open-air shower is the perfect spot to cool off on warm summer days. A restored pergola in traditional style, furnished with a dining table for 10–12 guests, shelters a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed to enjoy open-air dining and unforgettable evenings under the stars.

On the upper level, a panoramic terrace of over 300 sqm has been designed as a haven for relaxation and wellness. Partly shaded by an elegant pergola, it’s ideal for yoga, meditation, outdoor workouts, or wellness treatments such as massages (upon request). The lounge area, furnished with comfortable sofas, is perfect for admiring starry nights while enjoying the cool evening breeze. The private solarium area offers full discretion for sunbathing, with an outdoor shower for added comfort.
