and so have come up with some special features.

So has the apartment 'Liesl' a generously held open living area with a well-designed and branded appliances provided with waste wood Joiner kitchen.
Fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker and brand cooking pots and Desin matching crockery available for your convenience.

The large flat screen provides a beautiful viewing experience on the large corner settee.

Internet and Wi-Fi is in the living room and in bedrooms.

In the spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bath stepless you can forget about everyday life.

Vacuum system, underfloor heating ensure a good indoor climate.

To the apartment belongs Liesl a west-facing balcony, from where you have a gorgeous unobstructed views of the Bavarian Alps. On the terrace you have space for two chairs and a garden set and parasol.

and it can accommodate up to 4 people in it.


We also have a cozy, rustic
Wellness and sauna area for our guests with Wirlwanne.

Our younger guests will enjoy our ponies
Cindy and Cora who curry, may caress. The free pony rides delighted not only children's hearts.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Volltreffer! Liebevoll gestaltet, sehr sauber. Der Wellness Bereich hat uns aus unserem stressigen Alltag geholt, der Pool hat alles was man zum Schwimmen, relaxen, Spaß haben braucht. Herr Lindlacher gab uns bei der Anreise eine paar tolle Tips für Wanderwege, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn man das Auto stehen lassen möchte, stehen Fahrräder bereit, die von klein bis groß gefahren werden dürfen. Ein schöner Spielplatz für die Kleinen befindet sich auf dem Gelände. Ein niedliches Pony wartet auf Streicheleinheiten. Wir waren mit dieser Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Uns fehlte nur ein Klimagerät, weil es unter dem Dach sehr warm war. wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. der Pool hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und der Garten auch. es fehlte in der Wohnung an nichts. Wir konnten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbringen. Ein besonderes Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Aber auch die nahe Lage zum See, der fußläufig gelegene Bahnhof und die liebevolle eingerichtete Wohung hat uns begeistert.

Auszeit

Wir waren das erste Mal am Chiemsee und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig aber sehr nah am See von hier aus schöner Startplatz für Ausfüge. Mit Kindern auch ein Traum da Spielplatz ,Tiere und Pool vorhanden auch kein oder sehr wenig Verkehr. Der Vermieter der Unterkunft war sehr nett,hilfsbereit und immer zu einem Plausch bereit. Das Zimmer das Wir hatten war sehr schön und der Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Das einzige was mich störte, das leider in der Beschreibung für mich nicht ersichtlich war, der Schlafplatz in der Höhle unter dem Dach mit den Matratzen auf dem Boden für Kinder bestimmt super, da eigene kleine Tür und Fenster, aber für mich mit 60 und Rücken ein Graus. Musste leider das Schlafzimmer meiner Frau überlassen da ich stark schnarchen. Na ja wie gesagt für Kinder ein Traum 👍

Schöner Jahrewechsel

Für den Start des Urlaubs ist alles notwendige direkt vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend, allerdings da wenn man sie braucht. Die Gegend bietet auch bei Schlechtwetter viel Alternativen. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Perfekter Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und ein eingespieltes Team. Die Ferienwohnung "Liesl" war wunderschön und von der Größe völlig ausreichend für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Das Highlight der Wohnung war wohl die Kuschelniesche wo eigentlich die Kinder schlafen sollten - wurde aber auch von den Eltern genutzt ;-) Der Hammer war natürlich der Pool. 30°C und einen atemberaubender Blick auf die Berge. Es ist einfach ein wunderschöner Ort wo man gerne Urlaub macht. Angenehm fanden wir auch die kostenlose Nutzung der Fahrräder und die Nutzung von einer E-Steckdose mit der wir unser E-Fahrzeug über Nacht laden konnten. Ein Urlaub, bei dem es absolut nichts zu bemängeln gab! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Von Ankunft bis Abreise hatten wir eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Betreuung. Bis auf das Wetter wurde alles perfekt geregelt. Super ruhige Lage und in der Wohnung war alles top. Hier kann man sich erholen.

Der Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung war wunderschön!! Nur leider waren Corona bedingt die Sauna geschlossen und der Ponny durfte von unseren Kids nicht beritten werden - das waren für uns die wichtigsten Auswahlkriterien für die Wohnung.
