Positiv: die Lage, Größe der Wohnung, Größe Balkon
Negativ: schlecht gereinigte Wohnung, von einer einer großzügigen Dusche (wie angegeben) kann nun wirklich nicht die Rede sein, lockere Steckdosen, kein Wlan.
