A top notch, classie hotel. Staff were very smart, polite & professional. I had a buffet lunch there & it was superb. Lots of choices. A large room too. Would stay here again 100%. A 5 minute walk from town and the same for the train station.

This hotel has everything I anticipated. No surprise. Room is spacious (compared to Tokyo), staff friendly, food delicious, lots of room for parking spots, nice and quiet natural scenery. Staff speaks good English. They have ice machine and coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ube again.

Excellent restaurant in average hotel

This is an average hotel. Once grand, it could use updates. Convenient to airport and train station. The restaurant was great with a creative seasonal menu. At the time it features fall harvest ingredients such as pumpkins in delightful presentations. Every dish was amazing to receive and to taste. It was a surprise to enjoy the restaurant so much. Staff was kind and efficient.
