Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The balcony had a nice view and was well kept. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Check-in process was very simple and easy. Jorge and Mariana helped us feel at home and made sure all of our needs were met. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

What a fab hotel in a central part of Palenco. It provided so much space and comfort with so many thoughtful details. big favorites were the memory foam pillows, the robes and the Nespresso machine. A few minor considerations - the bathroom is quite small although completely functional. And the lighting for the mirror was not great for women to do makeup - a problem all over the world. The hotel is next to an atrium where children gather and are joyful but noisy, including until about 10pm at night. The staff are outstanding, friendly and super helpful. Especially the nightguard and Valeria the daytime staff person. In short, if we were coming again to CDMC we would absolutely choose this hotel again for the incredible comfort, ease, simplicty and good service.

Room was in the basment, poor light, no cozy. The bed mattress and pillows of poor quality and very hard. Seems place has about 4 people of staff doing nothing other than chating in reception area. No parking. Wont saty there again

While the communication with the property manager was good and provided good customer service, our experience was not what you’d expect at this price point. We had two different incidents with the water supply, 1st morning, there wasn’t hot water. My family and I had to just shower with cold water. We had to call maintenance and they realized that the water heater unit was turned off. Second day, there wasn’t water pressure. We were again in a hurry to leave and had to call maintenance once again to look into it. Moreover, the unit is split into two rooms and the diving wall is extremely thin. We were able to listen to entire conversations from the guests next door, which was even embarrassing at times that my children had to listen to them. Absolutely zero privacy from that standpoint and we could not rest given the situation. Needless to say, I would not recommend this property.
