The hotel is beautiful , room was very well kept . Pool was clean and overall a really great experience . Thenonly downside i would say is that the free breakfast was super underwhelming . For the cost per night I just kind of set my expectations a little higher but as I said the hotel itself was great !

The staff was not at all welcoming, they advertised a continental breakfast until 9am, we got there at 8:40 there was 1 english muffin and a couple of mini bagels. No milk for cereal, no butter or jam for toast. The restaurant wasn't open at all. They hold $150 on your CC for incidentals...what incidentals??? The pool was across the parking lot, fine during the day but poor lighting at night. The hotel itself is very dark. Rooms were ok. Too expensive for what they offered, I wouldn't go back!

Stay was very clean! Very quiet area. Relaxing getaway for the weekend! I wasn’t thrilled on the treatments at spa, but the staff were very friendly. The steam room wasn’t working during our stay. Restaurant food was good. Staff there were also friendly! Resort could use some updates !

I stayed 3 weeks out the 4 weeks of the past 5 weeks. My first state hade multiple problems and brought it the staffs attention. There was no response or actions taken to resolve my issues. Some were rodents in the walls, tub not draining for tub not holding water, television not working, safe not working, piece of paper I my cocktail , marijuana stench throughout the lobby and library, no constancy from daily maid services, multiple other issues ,and lastly a staff member verbally abusive to me because I wrote an internal complaint to the General Manager.

I went here for a weekend alone to get some rest & relaxation. The room I had was huge & unique- not like your normal hotel rooms. I had an issue w/ my first room, as the temp. in the room was a HOT 87degrees,& the air control in the room didnt work. The lady at the front desk did a great job & was able to assist me to new room right away, was perfect. Overall the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I am picky on that. The 4 pillows on my king were all very hard & large- as a belly sleeper this did not work for me. Walmart was only 5 minutes away, so a $4 pillow fixed that problem for me! The pool-jacuzzi was great, clean & warm. It was almost always empty when I went. It's in a separate building, about a minute walk across the parking lot, not far & easy to get to. The "spa" section was a bit confusing, as to access the sauna/steam room you apparently needed to actually book a spa appointment (facial/massage etc). But since it was empty most of the time, I was still able to use those & no one working there said anything. I was disappointed w/the food selection. The breakfast is just bagels, cereal & some bread items...really nothing. There wasn't even normal cream cheese, but a flavored one only. I opted for a diner the next day, it was about a mile away. There is also nothing for lunch there, so plan on driving or ordering out. The steakhouse was ok, good steaktips but other items ehh. I would go there again for a weekend away to relax, but dont expect super Luxury.

The continental breakfast was very underwhelming. The dining area was dirty. The room service staff took one of our bags that contained a variety of things all of which wasn't trash. There was one front desk receptionist who was very friendly and helpful but the others not so much. The restaurant on site had great drinks but the food was lnt great and very overpriced.

The spa services were great it’s inconvenient to have to walk outside to get to the pool and spa. Restaurant menu was very limited nothing available for potato’s other than mashed.. there was stains on yellow couch in the room..cleaning services took our toiletries but didn’t replace them.. This stay was Over 1000.00 dollars for two days with spa services just expected better service.

We stayed for two nights. Loved the quietness of the hotel, the modern touches and the bed was very comfy. Nice shower and tub but there was no body wash but plenty of shampoo and conditioner. To our surprise, the pool and hot tub was in another building which you have to walk to. Not the best thing to have to do when it’s cold out / raining. The hot tub had a lot of dirt and hair in it on our second day, it should be cleaned more frequently. They could raise the temperature of it as well. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it wasn’t a place I would go back to for food. I got the chicken broccoli ziti and the sauce was as thin as soup. We enjoyed the fire that sits in the middle of the restaurant and that it wasn’t packed with people and the music wasn’t obnoxiously loud. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant other than for the ambiance and fireplace.

Been coming here now doe 7 years. It’s been through a lot of management changes, but nobody ever seems to get it quite right. Something’s always broken, or out of service, and they can’t quite seem to figure out how to fix it. Not tub room with no hot tub, tv broke, pool closed early, staff clueless. I think I just had my last visit, which is a shame, because there’s so much promise, and the location is great.
