Escape to a uniquely furnished farmhouse in the countryside of ETX - 2 acres, with a white 2-story farmhouse and lavish landscaping, set the stage for an unforgettable vacation. Indulge in the light- filled rooms and high ceilings. Entertain guests on the 12 ft. wrap around porches, complete with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating and dining for ultimate relaxation, and yard games for endless fun. Guests can enjoy the convenience of easy access to dining and entertainment in town. Enjoy waking up to the morning sunrise on the back porch and beautiful ETX sunsets on the front porch, as well as an equestrian stable to the west. This house is fully equipped to host a luxurious weekend that will leave you and your guests feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

All mattresses are hotel quality and the beds are made with luxury hotel linens that will give you the best sleep of your life. The farmhouse is perfect for a couple who'd like more space, business travelers, families, a girls weekend or retreat.

The Master bedroom is located on ground level for those that have difficulties with stairs.The downstairs bath has a very large walk-in shower which offers a more comfortable showering experience thanks to the spacious dimensions.

No special events please; this home is for lodging purposes only and guest use is limited to the number of people specified at time of booking ( 6 person maximun). No weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties, etc.
Guests access the farmhouse through a private entrance at the back door as well as keyless entry for total privacy.
Other things to note:
We will only accept Booking Requests and Instant Bookings from guests with complete profiles, including first and last name and photo ID.
We are also a "No Pet" property for the consideration of our guests with pet sensitivities and allergies. There is a $400 cleaning fee for violating the no pet policy.

Beautiful farmhouse on quiet county road, just minutes into Tyler proper. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The grounds were spacious and the blooming jasmine was delightfully fragrant. Host very responsive and kind. Would definitely return!

Hibiscus Manor is a real treat of a stay! Beautiful country living property that is a quick easy drive into town. The house was spotless, great communication by the host with all the necessities anyone could need to enjoy a stay! Nice big porches to sit and enjoy the outdoors plus lots of books to read along with two tv areas. Highly recommend!

Great home, great property!

We rented this home for a week in July while our two college-aged daughters competed in a golf tournament in nearby Bullard. It was all the comforts of home, perfect for our group of 6!
