Here you have private beach access on the quieter end of Tybee overlooking the bay with calm waves. Spacious living area that opens onto expansive bay view balcony. Watch the dolphins and ships go by! Enjoy use of pool, tennis courts and pickle ball court. Master bedroom with king size bed and balcony access, en suite bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in closet. Guest bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, and access to full size bathroom. We had an amazing and relaxing time. The beach was nice and quiet and we loved having Zunzibar and Huccapoos right around the corner and everything else being a short drive away!! The condo had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

This first floor property was clean. Several lights needed bulbs, others needed to be plugged in. The toilet in the master bedroom was running so I looked in the tank and found a large piece of paper. The owner offerred to send a plumber as the toilet kept running. I did not want a plumber coming in disturbing our stay so shut the door. For 2000 I expected very nice accomodations with all fixtures working including the commode.We loved the area and plan to return.

The condo is just beautiful! We walked in on our arrival day just before sunset and were in awe of the view of the bay from the main living area. Comfortable bedrooms and living area, beautiful to eat out on the balcony with the view. Definitely hoping to stay here again.

Super easy to check in and out, host was great at communicating and the condo itself was perfect for our stay! Absolutely would stay here again when visiting Tybee. It was clean, comfy and had everything needed for a week long stay. It would be great if the landscapers could trim down the brush in front of the balcony view a bit to see a little more, but you could still see the water and dolphins jumping!

relaxing location

Was very close to beach- less than 5 minute walk. We saw multiple dolphins from beach. Sand is very soft and clean. Beach is relatively private. Both pools are clean and pleasant. Son would have liked a diving board. Walking distance to several restaurants and the tybean coffee place and shops. She did not mention there is ice maker in fridge!. Near beach this is priceless. Nice to have a dishwasher and washer drier in house.

Everything but the kitchen sink

My family loved everything about this stay - from its location to the beach, the spacious condo, ease of booking, and the goegeous views - except for the kitchen. The fridge could use a good cleaning and a few more kitchen items for folks flying in. The 2nd bathroom tub also needs a fix. Overall, we'd give it a 4.5 stars if we could!

Annual Fourth of July trip

We have stayed at this complex for over 30 yrs and like the beach access and view and this is our second time at this property. King bed very comfortable and there is plenty of room in all rooms and well stocked with everything you need. It is on the first floor and the patio furniture could be more comfortable but we love this place and the pool and area. The gate was open the whole time we were there ? It’s usually more secure. We will be back next year.

Our 50th anniversary at Tybee Island

My husband and I stayed 5 days and nights at this property. It was very clean and the location was great for us. We loved watching the ships go by, and we saw a lot of dolphins. The only negative thing at all I would say is we were a little disappointed because the view is somewhat obstructed, but we would stay at this place again. It was very welcoming and a perfect size for us, and we appreciated all of the amenities. The owner was very sweet to us. She emailed us about everything we needed to know a day or two before we left home. We communicated with her again, and she was so nice. Fortunately, we didn’t have to bother her with any issues because everything went great for us. I would highly recommend this place.

Rain Rain go away

We came at a time when rain was arriving. Friday was ok, however we left on Sat. due to the rain. We would rather stay closer to the Pier where you can walk to more things. We also would like to have rented a golf cart if we had stayed but this property does not allow this. The road was closed down on Sunday off the Island so this does happen.

Clean and comfortable

Excellent access to the beach and parking! Very comfortable beds and master bedroom was nice and dark. The only downfall was I wish the showers had safety bars as my husband and I are both in our 80’s.
