My experience was great. I went to relax and enjoy the sun and sea without crowds. It was quiet and peaceful at the Royal Palms. The office ladies were very helpful and friendly. I was there five nights and could have used a refresh of the bathroom half way through. Otherwise everything met my expectations. I hope to return.

For the price, it was fine. It was clean, and i would stay again, however, our room was just the 1 queen bed and it was a bit tight. The shower was big, but the rest of the bathroom was snug. The sink was very small and the water was hard to keep in it. But it was reasonably priced for the area.

This motel is so sweet and eclectic. We really enjoyed it because it was comfortable and quiet and a bit retro. The staff was absolutely amazing.And the prices of the rooms were very fair.

The air ran almost all night , light bulb out in bath room , the toilet facing the shower was the worst there was a step for the shower that was directly in front of the toilet which made it difficult just to use the toilet unless you sit sideways !

Clean place. Small room . Ok for 2 people. Big shower area. Near the beech. I love it. Nice breakfast place in walking distance. Very quiet area with small town feel. Perfect place for a weekend het away...less crowded.

Our original room was way too small. They allowed us to upgrade to a bigger room. The lady in the office was very nice. The cable tv was extremely limited. We were there during the MLB playoffs and I could not watch any game on the channels offered.

Overnight stay to visit Tybee island on way to HH. We knew room was small when we reserved it. Room was perfect for our stay. Clean& had conviences such as mini fridge which had a freezer section, microwave, Kurieg with pods provided. Bedding was comfortable . 5 minutes to beach & pool nice option. We had basic studio room which was suitable for our 1 night need . Would reserve double if stayed longer for a little more space. Would return again as it was a value for cleanliness & amenities provided.

Parking and size

There is no assigned parking. We had to park at the road in the last spot but we still got a spot. The tiles in bathroom were a little stained. We booked the studio and that’s exactly what we got. It is small but perfect for a couple or single person. Overall it’s the perfect little place to sleep.

Honesty, I wasnt that impressed upon pulling in to the property. The room, however was just fine for my mother & I. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. My only complaint is that parking is very tight.
