This condo, renovated in November 2022, has it all: just steps to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, and the Marine Science Center. A bright, open interior greets guests with new decor and modern essentials, including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a hair dryer, and WiFi throughout. The contemporary, full kitchen is all new and well-equipped with major appliances and utensils to accommodate home cooking. A built-in breakfast bar offers seating along with a formal dining table. You'll be able to hear the ocean calling and catch peek-a-boo ocean over morning coffee on the private balcony. You'll find a smart TV in the primary bedroom and the living area, and there are also nostalgic children's games perfect for younger guests or throwback fun.

Great stay, wonderful location. You are surrounded with a lot of things to do. My only issue was the door didn’t want to lock. It would take about 15-20 mins to try to get the lock to actually lock.

Closer to beach

Property is clean and close to the beach, easy parking My 1 complaint is that it is advertised as accepting kids 0-17, however, there is no safe sleep option for children under 2. I would not advertise as a place for children under 2, if there is not a safe sleep option provided. I did ask if a pack and play could be provided and was told to bring my own

Great location, nice condo but very dirty. Don't walk barefoot. Hall bath was gross between shower and vanity.Front door is electronic lock which doesn't function all the time. When we took the sheets off the beds per instruction at the end of our stay, gross, gross even blood...Has not been deep cleaned in ages, only put a coat of paint and a bad job at that. I am not exaggerating.

Loved the location!

So close to everything — shops, restaurants, bars…and because it was the holiday weekend, we were literally steps away from the holiday market and tree lighting! Great place, super comfy, and we would love to stay there again.

Tybee coastal condo

Nice place. Nothing to wash dishes with, no sponge or dish towel. No hot mats gloves to take hot items out of oven. I called to have these brought to me but received nothing, even after they said they were on the way.

The condo was old and the beds uncomfortable. At the complex, someone vomited in the garages and it was left there all weekend and we had to pass it each time we left. We won’t be returning to Tybee.
