This spacious Townhome includes 2 levels of living space, with a garage below. The 2nd level of the townhome greets you with all new glass sliding doors that open to the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The open floor plan has all new hardwood flooring. The living area includes a brand new sectional sofa with a Queen sleeper, 55in Smart TV. The furnished balcony has stunning views of the ocean, just off the living room. The dining area includes a table that seats up to 8 and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely renovated and includes brand new custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, and brand new Stainless Steel appliances for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. Also located on the 2nd floor is a guest bedroom (bedroom 3) furnished with 2 extra long Twin beds that will convert to a California King-size bed, a 32in flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
