• Strict Quiet Hours Begin at 10 PM – This is a calm, residential area. We do not permit parties or loud gatherings. Guests who violate this policy may be removed by local authorities without refund in accordance with city ordinance.
• The Main House (located on the other side of the garage) may or may not be occupied during your stay. For more space or full privacy, inquire about booking the entire property.
• An optional private suite with a king bed is available for an additional fee, ideal for two extra guests.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $75 pet fee.

Great place to stay!

We loved the listing, very clean, quiet, that came with a great gas fireplace. Place felt very comfortable, beds were great and we really appreciated the radiant floor heating in the bedrooms! Host was super communicative. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Everything was perfect! Home was clean and supplied with everything and very organized. Incredible location for hiking Franconia and Mt. Washington. Host responded very quickly. Will definitely stay again! Excellent in every way!

Nice, clean, homey, well-equipped property. Kitchen had everything we needed. 5+ stars on the mattresses; the most comfortable we’ve slept on away from home! Great property for walking dog. Nice walk along scenic river. Backyard looks inviting for games and bonfire (in warmer weather).

Convenient place for hiking

The house was fine. Had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee supply. Slight issue with parking because the other rental property had so many cars - one night only. We drove to Bethlehem (15 min) for dinner Sun and Mon nights.
