Oversold

The stay and the room was actually great. We were a group of 4 room reservations that all thought we were reserving king size beds. ONE out of our four reservations actually got a king bed. We were told, "Oh sorry, our manager overbooked king rooms". Not my problem! Sell what you have! 25% fulfillment of our reservations is unacceptable!

Perfect location and very nice rooms and amenities. The included breakfast was fantastic and the staff were great. The EV charging stations were a really nice convenience as well. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful place

Clean, comfy and polite staff. The hot tub was nice and warm the pool was just right. We saw a grouo of people taking advantage of the grills outside. This is a wonderful place

Lovely Stay in Twin Falls

Spacious, clean room with plenty of amenities. Well-equipped for self-catering needs. Swimming pool was quiet, with very nice whirlpool hot-tub. Reception staff were helpful and informative. Good selection of complementary breakfast options. Thank you to hotel staff for a lovely stay.
