Just 800m from Kirra Beach, it’s perfect for morning strolls or sunset walks. A short drive to Coolangatta Airport makes arrivals and departures a breeze. Being located in Kirra Shores resort you have access to shared facilities, including two sparkling pools, a tennis court, and a general store/café for snacks, coffee, or casual bites. You’re also close to Coolangatta’s lively cafés, shops, and beaches, yet tucked away in a peaceful coastal retreat. Perfect for families, pet owners, stop-over travellers, or anyone craving a slice of Gold Coast magic.



Getting Around:

The property is minutes from Tweed Heads town centre for shops, cafés, and restaurants, and just a short drive to the airport—perfect for stopovers or fly-in travellers. Beaches are close by, with Kirra Beach only 800m away, ideal for a flat, easy stroll. Public transport is nearby if you prefer buses, and there’s free on-site parking for those with cars. Whether you want to surf, shop, or explore the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads, everything is just a stone’s throw away.

Parties and group events are strictly prohibited to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests

For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are installed at the front of the house, covering the front path, street, and garage entrance. There’s also a camera facing the back gate, discreetly positioned on the covered roof at the far right-hand corner of the property. These are only for security purposes - no cameras are inside the home - so you can relax knowing your stay is safe and private.

Twin or King bedroom set up?:

- Twin room can be converted to a king on request. Or King to twin.

- Please request king/twin set-up at least 72 hours before arrival.

- Last minute requests may incur a $60 change fee (extra labour/visit), subject to availability.



Before Arrival:

Complete guest verification via Truvi (email/text instructions sent by Truvi)

Choose damage protection: refundable $500 deposit (+ small admin fee) OR non-refundable $50 waiver

Sign the rental agreement before your stay
