I had a really good stay here. The room was spotless and well looked after, and the shower had great water pressure, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience more pleasant. Breakfast was included – it was fairly simple, but more than enough to start the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money. I’d happily come back.

Do NOT stay here !!! Horrible experience. Staff were very rude. Did not provide breakfast (“included” with my room). Very loud- you can hear everything from your room. Lights do not turn off at night, it’s very hard to go to sleep. Rooms are small and dirty.

El hotel está bien ubicado a 2 cuadras del parque de la marimba, donde encontrarán varios restaurantes y tiendas para artesanías así como cafés, marimba de miércoles a domingo creo empieza a las 6 pm, también hay un autobús doble (double decker) con excursión alrededor de Tuxtla que sale de este mismo parque. La habitación está sencilla pero limpia y con aire acondicionado, el staff fue muy agradable y nos ayudó mucho. El desayunó buffet es muy rico y varía todos los días aunque no tiene muchos platillos para escoger, pero es más que suficiente. También está cerca del centro de Tuxtla y otros parques para turistear si les gusta caminar, definitivamente regresaremos.

I liked the location. Walking distance to the plaza. The plaza has many restaurants, music and lots going on in the evening. Purchased our stay through “ Expedia”. NO breakfasts included. 🤔. Something to verify. Laundering right next door👍. Hotel room pretty small but was “ok”. Nice towels. Beds were fine. Small bathroom. Small TV. Nice sitting /common area in lobby.
