Although I called 48 hours beforehand to let them know when I was arriving, I never heard back. When I arrived, I couldn't contact the agency because the address given was incorrect. (The person responsible said he had lost his mobile for 6 hours.) It took 3 hours to contact him. A very nice lady who saw I was in need of help took me to her home and called him. However, she even took me to the correct address which he gave her. After that, the stay was nice other than the upstairs neighbors throwing rubbish into the garden. The agency contact went out of his way to help me. He walked with me to the nearest supermarket and showed me where a bagalla was. He turned what could have been a disaster into a very nice stay.
