It was beautiful, surrounding area is still in need of development, excellent price for the most awesome surprise walking into a brand new room. Jonathan Trump was a pleasure at the front entrance. Would stay there anytime if I had the pleasure of going through there again.

Nice, clean rooms. It’s still under construction but for the price it’s not that bad. Check in was easy. Nice coffe shop on site. Close to restaurants and an oxxo. Definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again.😁

This hotel is a disgrace.

The water didn't work in the room. No shower, no toilet, no sink. This was not the fault of the staff, who were kind and apologetic but totally incapable of solving the problem as they're not plumbers or construction workers. This hotel should not be listed on expedia as it's not functioning. There are no elevators, emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, or any other safety measures. The railings are loose and a person could easily fall off the balcony of the 4th floor. This place is a death trap right now. This is a massive liability. Do not book a room here. You will be very disappointed. Numerous guests experienced the same problems - the water doesn't work. None of us were offered a refund or alternative lodging elsewhere. One woman with a very small child had traveled a very long distance - I felt bad for her. Note to Expedia: Take this hotel off your website right now. This is a disgrace to your company.

It wouldn’t have been that bad. No one was at the “front desk” when we arrived even though it says someone is there 24/7. We spoke to a security guard and he was confused when I told him I was checking in. When we entered the apartment there was dust, dirty and food underneath the bed. Let’s just say, I will not be staying here again. The score they currently have is quite accurate.

The place is super new, so a few details need to be finished. Staff is super helpful. The main issue was a person that own either an apartment or part of the project getting drunk almost everyday in the front desk and being vulgar and loud, didn’t feel safe.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

Mi estancia en el lugar fue muy mala, antes de llegar al hotel me comunique con el mismo para informar que llegaría tarde, Un joven llamado Jonathan, muy amable me comentó que dejaría la llave con el de seguridad. Una vez llegando al inmueble el de seguridad no estaba en su zona, esperamos 30 minutos, ya que ningun personal se acercaba con nosotros, al final tuve que ir a buscarlo en el inmueble, y lo encontré dormido dentro de una parte del lobby, estaba tan dormido que NO nos dió buenas indicaciones de donde se encontraba nuestra habitación, al llegar a la misma, cabe recalcar que es muy bella la habitacion, solo que con algunos detalles de limpieza; decidi entrar al baño, y una vez al querer salir la puerta ya no quiso abrir, entrè en panico ya que la unica salida es una mini ventana donde no cabe una persona, afortunadamente mi mama estaba dentro de la hab, quien fue a llamar al velador, el cual le da la siguiente respuesta: (ahorita no hay nadie que pueda resolver eso, y yo se que ha de ser incomodo dormir en el baño); 2 horas y media despues lograron abrir, al momento de realizar check out el personal de recepción nos menciona el monto que tenemos de pago en dolares, cuando se le realiza el pago, no querian aceptar los dolares, que porque el billete era muy grande y no tenian cambio, 45 min de espera para que nos pudieran regresar el cambio y en pesos mexicanos Y aparte con una actitud muy prepotente. En resumen: BELLO LUGAR, PESIMO SERVICIO DE HOSPITALIDAD DEL PERSONAL

El hotel es accesible en transporte o a pie, es muy tranquilo y el servicio a los huésped es muy eficaz y son muy amables, se encuentra cerca del centro de tulum y puedes comprar cosas muy cerca

Great value for money

Brand new hotel in La Veleta. Yes, it’s still under construction so not everything is perfectly finished yet but the low price more than made up for it. My room was beautiful and comfortable and everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to bus station and Tulum centro or easy bike ride to the beach road. I ended up extending my stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Excelente experiencia!!

La atención que recibimos fue excelente. Nos ayudaron con un “early check-in”, y fueron muy amables atendiéndonos vía correo electrónico desde antes de nuestra llegada. Ya estando en el hotel, el servicio fue excelente, todos amables y atentos a nuestras necesidades. El hotel continúa en construcción, por lo que puede haber un poco de polvo en las instalaciones, pero los servicios de la habitación funcionan a la perfección : agua caliente, aire acondicionado, TV, etc. La cama deliciosa, el jacuzzi perfecto y el baño/regadera excelente. Todo está nuevo, y eso es un súper plus! :) La valuación calidad-precio es inmejorable!! Sin duda regresaremos!
