Our room was freezing cold. We managed to sleep through the night, but woke up early in the morning to request a new room for showering, etc. we were given a hard time by the staff for switching rooms. We eventually got a room. We were also told the wrong times for breakfast and missed it by 30 minutes.

Every single staff member was very pleasant, from front desk to food workers, extremely polite & great customer service. Only suggestion - when ordering food from the steakhouse, include plates & napkins. Would also be great if there was a small dog area outside. Thank you for a great stay!

Room was great as it always is. Staff is always pleasant. We had a problem with our heat the first two nights which they fixed. We always rent this hotel for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub had a sign that it was closed permanently (which did not say in the listing) - the pool was closed for 2 days while we were there and then when it was filled back up it was cold because it hadn’t gotten back up to temperature. My son was very upset with that.

The staff made sure that my son had an incredible 7th birthday party! Thank you all so much for helping to make his party extra special. When we went to the room the toilet was clogged and the TV in the sitting area was not working. They did fix the clog but the TV issue couldn't be rectified. Also, there were no extra bedding for the pull out sofa. The staff was very polite. The front desk person was very nice but visibly stressed simce they were the onlyperson checking in customers. We have always been pleased with Embassy Suites but they have definitely fallen a notch in our opinion.
