It was very clean and pretty central to the areas of Tulsa I was wantint to shop at it. Would recommend staying here. The only down side of the trip was the pool was closed for renovations, but besides that was a great stay.

The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were offering. Not just thinking that "this get this old fart satisfied"

When we are traveling and staying in the Tulsa Area, the Embassy Suites is always our first go to. I’ve been staying here since the 1990’s. The property has stayed current with frequent renovation and everything is always so fresh. The staff is excellent and very attentive. You can’t beat the quality for the prices. They have a wonderful selections at breakfast. Best I’ve ever seen while traveling. In state or out. Not to mention the evening reception with free drinks. This is all-included with your stay. I cannot say enough good things about our most recent trip. ! We’ll be back next time we’re staying in town.

The staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady to the meal prep was excellent didn’t have any issues was greeted with smiles and thank you and the food was great. The atmosphere was great. Will be back soon.

Too Rowdy

The pool was old, had a bunch of chips out of it. It smelled of chlorine, which meant it had a lot of urine in it. During the evening, the pool was packed. Older kids were spraying water from the hot tub into the pool, running around. Saw a kid nearly bust his head open, slipping and falling into the pool. My younger son wanted to swim but did not to deal with all that craziness. There seemed to be security there, unfortunately the security probably wanted them to have fun, and let them get rowdy. Which is understood, but it would have been nice for everyone to have fun. The breakfast was good. The staff was good. There was a lot of food. Fresh fruit, good orange juice. The room was pretty nice. There was one broke door knob and we were out of bodywash, but they replaced that with a quick call.
