Staff was great. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again. This hotel hosts a lot of sports teams. Despite it getting a bit loud in the atrium/lobby, the staff does a great job of stamping out any noise during their quiet hours. Sleep is easy to get during the quiet hours.

Entire staff is top notch. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the absolute friendliest, professional, helpful staff. Throughout our stay this team made sure we were taken care of and made us feel like a valued customer. This staff takes pride in what they do and it shows. Plus they gave everyone in my family a complimentary bottle of our favorite local water. Thanks for supporting your local companies and thanks for the awesome stay!!! We will be back next time we visit Tulsa.

Everything was superb! My only complaint is that the hot water in the shower was wonky. It would go from luke warm to extreme heat without turning the knob. One morning the water would not go above luke warm at all. Cold showers are not my favorite. If they get that fixed everything would be perfect!

Very upset there was a party and the hotel did not advise there will be noise. My kids had a tournament and the music was very loud we called the front desk and they did not help. I would like a refund for that night, we stayed 6 nights.

They did not service the room. I had to ask the front desk for towels toilet paper anything else we needed for the room. Hardly any of the house keeping staff spoke English. When we checked in there was damage to the room. We reported it and it wasn’t fixed. The ceiling in the pool area was moldy . In the bathroom the utility covers did not fit properly. The hot took a long time to get hot and there were stains on the sofa . There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Had to get everything from the front desk. There was only small trash cans with no bags. I had to go to the store and buy trash bags. Omelettes were really good.

This place is soooooo clapped out. 20 degrees and no heat for 5 days !! Then then they lost hot water for 4 days. Im supposed to put a space heater in my room so we don’t freeze to death lol. I filed 3 complaints until the last night they put space heaters in the room. It’s unexceptionable to have bugs no heat and no hot water then charge me 900 dollars to stay there. You failed to offer the baiic servers. My 10 year old daughter and I where expected to just deal with it in 20 degree weather. I’ll be reaching out to my legal department and will be in touch soon. WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED !!
