They had no one working the day shift at the front desk. So, when the night shift left. I had to wait for an hour to get my cash deposit back. Which the housekeeping guy had to get since there wasn’t anyone still there at 9am.

I have been here 4 nights all has been good except for tonight. My last night and it’s so loud kids running up and down the halls screaming at 10:30 pm a gentleman in the hall talking extremely loud on his phone and nothing being done to stop it. I’m not sure who is working the front desk but we are literally on bottom floor right by the front desk not sure how they can’t hear all the noise…Other than that the staff I have dealt with are amazing

Although I had extremely loud neighbors my stay was great. Only thing I noticed is that when my room got cleaned they didn’t vacuum and could tell it wasn’t vacuumed before my stay

There was a water leak by the door to my room. I sopped up the water the first night and let the front desk know. They did nothing. The morning of day 2, I let the front desk know about the leak again and that I needed new towels because I had used them all to clean up the floor. 10 hours later, still no new towels. Took the wet towels to front desk to get new towels myself. They still did not come look at the leak... floor still wet. On day 3, they finally had someone look at the leak. He said he would have to open the wall and would have to wait until after I checked out to fix it. Didn't offer a different room or any other compensation. Just let me live with wet carpet for 5 days. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience ever.
