This facility was not clean, smelled of smoke and was rundown. AC was broken, and toilet would not flush. Staff had unsafe practices in place and ended up with a key to another person’s room through hostess’s mistake! Asked for a refund (which they provided) and changed motels.

Loved our stay! The property is under a huge renovation. We had a couple very minor issues. The maintenance guy was on top of it. I can't even imagine how busy he must be with all the work being completed. But when we had a little issue, he was right there to take care of it! The lobby is clean and very nice. Our room was very clean, comfy bed, great shower, nice towels, and new furniture It was bit noisy at night, you could hear the neighbors tv throgh the wall. (you cant fix that, its a hotel) Also, they need the tall toilets. lol The shower/toilet area is extremely small but it works. Breakfast was great! Looking forward to our next extended stay. We will be back. Thank yoi.

Stay was good for the price. Staff was friendly and that's usually the most important factor for me. I do wish it was a bit cleaner. We had 2 rooms and one of the bath tubs didn't look like it was cleaned all the way. A couple complaints are that most of the lights in one room were missing the light bulbs and the ice machine wasn't working.

Do not stay here. Hotel is disgusting. I had black mold in my bathroom and the shower floor was peeling up. The hotel in general is run down and falling apart. Do not stay here.

Reserved a suite but was told that one wasn’t available at check in. She said they didn’t have to abide by my reservation because it wasn’t made on their site. After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it.

WiFi was slow and completely undependable especially in the morning. Cleaning crew actually opened my room to check it while I was getting some of the breakfast downstairs. Was not happy about that, but I had failed to put a "Do not disturb" on my door I know. Still it was 3 hours before checkout. Room far from the elevator was quiet )not near the rowdy people in the bar on Saturday night). Bedding was nice and clean too. Considering the price, it was a real good deal compared crazy rates many in the area are asking for same basics.

The pool was being worked on. The rooms are very old and outdated. The tub was disgusting. There were roaches in the bathroom. They had karaoke going until 4:30am at their bar. I was told I wouldn’t be able to hear it in my room. That was a lie because the walls a paper thin. I could hear the neighbors tv through the wall. Quite a few loiterers hanging around in their cars smoking weed while their toddlers run around the parking lot. It was a very weird and sketch experience.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room they put us in was dirty and the bathtub faucet was broken. The hot water would not come on at all. The lights did not work. It was disgusting. They moved us to a room with water. The lights still didn’t work. Several things were broken. The receptionist came into our room at MIDNIGHT screaming and waking us from a dead sleep saying we didn’t belong there and needed to leave. I then reminded her she had moved our room herself to which she was like “oh yeah” and just turned around and left. I didn’t sleep the rest of the night terrified that whoever she tried to check into our room would come back in. Our keys did not work. I asked her to fix them and she asked me which room, I told her, then she just made the key without asking for id or confirming it was my room. Then it worked for only one single use. The balcony door would not lock. The elevator floor was rotting out. The ceiling tiles in the hall were missing. Honestly if you are looking for a trap house, you found it. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER go back and will warn anyone I know to avoid it like the plague. I feel like I need a tetanus shot from that experience.

Girl at front desk could hardly speak English, at check in she tells me there is a $67 deposit for each room, but according to hotels.com the deposit is $50 deposit. So I have no idea what the extra $34 was for. Then I was told that because we used the wash cloths there would be a $30 charge! The pool was not in service. Beds were uncomfy. Breakfast looked pitiful so we didn't eat. Will not stay here again spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else

This property was awful! Our room had literal black mold in the bathroom and shower. The baseboards had water damage. The floors had crumbs everywhere in the corners. Disgusting!
