This lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and bunk room with trundle bed. Enjoy the open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining rooms to enjoy family gatherings. The screened-in porch is wonderful for sitting by the outside fireplace and enjoying the private wooded view.

Enjoy this cottage for your next getaway. House is brand new and professionally decorated. Every touch has been personalized for a relaxing getaway. Home is a quick 5 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Holiday Marina. Enjoy the large dining table open to the kitchen area. There are plenty of games/cards for the whole family.

The lake house is located closest to Tullahoma, TN. You are able to visit large grocery stores, home depot, local restaurants and more within a 15 minute drive.
