New listing!! Get ready for the perfect lakeside get away with this spacious 5 bedroom home in The Reserve at Holiday Landing. The Reserve is a charming, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood next to Holiday Landing Marina and Tims Ford Lake. With 2 spacious king bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs, this home is perfect for multiple families. The upgraded kitchen boasts a custom-built island with seating for 10. You’ll find all of the appliances and cookware needed to prepare family meals. Relax in the living room full of comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Sip your coffee on the screened porch and gaze at the beautiful wooded vista behind the home. Enjoy the gas fireplace and Smart TV. A Blackstone gas griddle is located off of the screen porch.

Upstairs, you will find 2 lovely queen bedrooms and a bunk room. The bunk room includes a twin over double bunk bed. Family game nights are easy with a large selection of board games included in the bunk room. There is also a landing area with a small sectional that converts to a child/twin bed and has a Smart TV. A full bath is also included on this floor.

Take the shady, paved walking path down to the Marina (Holiday Landing) where you can rent a boat or jet ski, or utilize the public boat ramp. The iconic Bluegill Grill is located here, a great open-air spot for lunch, dinner, or fun cocktail. Enjoy live music on Saturday nights throughout the summer while your kids feed the fish and ducks that swim by. Hike the beautiful trails at nearby Tim’s Ford State Park, or play a round of golf at Bear Trace. Tour the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, or visit charming downtown Winchester.
