I got a room for five people. At first everything looked okay. But once we went to lay down in One of the beds. the bed reeked of pee. I took the duvet off and there was stains on both the sheet and the mattress of liquid. Which I can only assume was pee because it smelled like pee and the stain was dried up yellow. Also in the dead of the winter they had no hot water. The front office never addressed the hot water issue once I sent them the message. I had to go back down to the front desk to let them know about the pee situation. The front desk stuff was kind but their solution was to either not use that bed or they could give me sheets to change the bed... I told him that was ridiculous that I need to housekeep and clean the room when I'm paying them. She said that she would call her manager and see what they can do. The manager approved another room for us. However after a long day of driving we were still not able to take a shower. They don't have hot water. They don't really even have warm water. It's just cold. So I have mixed feelings about this place.... I want to relax not to deal with complaints or issues when I check into a hotel.

Stayed one night on a longer trip. Good hotel, clean. Only one full service restaurant nearby that was ok but not great. There is also McDonalds close to the hotel.

We arrived after driving for 10 hrs. We registered and left iur belongings in the room, and went to eat. Upon our return we discovered that there was no hot water. We were told to oet it run, which we did after miee than 15 minutes, still no water. We wanted to check out, but were told we couldn't until the morning. We asked for a refund and were told that it had been more than hour since registering and therfore I would have to call the manager in the morning. We left and went to another hotel. Buyer beware, stay away.

Front desk lady not a smile on her face , not friendly, internet not working until later , got to wait for the person to come in to fix it, not even a word of apology for the in inconvenience, the hallway smell from old dirty carpets, found 2 strands of white hair on the comforter so I don’t think they give clean one between guests

OK for one night, not great

Cleanliness was acceptable, but towels were pretty worn down, and overall hotel felt run down. Took several minutes to get slightly warm water in the bathroom sink, no hot. Key card issues the night we checked in caused us to return to the front desk two extra times.

Simple! Sheets were stained, TV didnt work and you couldnt begin to sleep with the heater on. The night person said someone would come down to fix the tv when they got there. 1 1/2 hour later we called and said to forget. In the morn8ng i filled out the card from the room and gave it to the manager. She said, sorry about that.

Clean, comfortable overnight stay

The staff are friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Our room was very loud early in the morning with the traffic on the street and from the highway. Also, the breakfast was very limited. Otherwise a good quick stay close to the highway.

We had a basic room. It was clean. The bed was pretty old and sagged in the middle. It was noisy from the trains and traffic on the highway. We also happened to have a dog near us that barked non stop. That was annoying but not really the motels fault! The gal that checked us in was not pleasant but everyone else was fine.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean but there was no hot water and this is January so it's cold, I called the front desk and told them about it and I was told to wait a little bit so after an hour I get a call from the front desk telling me that the problem got fixed well I got in the shower and then got water only worked for about three minutes and I ended up with cold water, it was horrible cause I got a nasty cold because of that, so I'm definitely not staying here again.
