Property was pet friendly, however checkin staff was a bit lacking in friendliness. Had an issue with a duplicate reservation that was cancelled a month prior, and staff was tending to lecture me on the issue and the fact that it was Expedia vs Hotels.com, which is the same company. I tried to explain, but gave up and spoke with Hotels.com and had them call. She could have managed the interaction better. Breakfast was poor; powdered eggs, and moldy berries, most ended up in the trash. When we entered room the sliding door (only window) was covered with small flies / gnats. The wall surrounding the window was falling apart and needed repair.

This was such an excellent stay for us as we were driving through this town on a long road trip. The staff at the front desk and during breakfast were excellent. Room size was huge and room was very clean. The breakfast was amazingly very good. Very clean, well attended and the green chilli sauce was out of this world. Cherry on top, we were provided freshly baked cookie during check in. WOW!
