This is a wonderful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Denise was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. The kitchen has everything you would need, We especially loved the large and comfortable back yard patio. We were very pleased with this home.The only thing I would caution future guests on is that the 2 bedrooms that are listed as having 2 twin beds actually each contain one twin bed with a twin trundle that can be pulled out. This would be great for children, but if you are planning to have 2 adults share one of these bedrooms it may be a close fit for them.

Really loved the outdoor space!

The house was very nice and had plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space. The shades allowed us to be out of the sun and kept us cool while we enjoyed drinks and dinner. The grill was a nice bonus also.

Meeting up in Tucson with friends

Enjoyed the house. It was very clean & organized. Great entertainment areas inside and out. Owner was very nice and helpful. Nice kitchen area & appliances. We had 2 couples & 1 other adult staying. It worked out very well. Each group had its own bathroom, although we had to share a hair dryer. One note- We did not use the 4th bedroom which we originally considered for another friend. It was a really cute child’s bedroom with a fun “fort” bed, great for a kid, but would not been that comfortable for an adult. We hope to rebook on another trip.

Decent place to stay

The host was incredibly responsive to our messages. The check-in process was easy. They house is comfortable, but there were some previous guests who did not treat the home in a loving manner. The master suite was very comfortable and had plenty of options to cool the room down above and beyond the regular a/c. The home was very clean, but there some minor conditions issues. None of the issues negatively impacted our stay, and the hosts were quick to respond with solutions and assistance. The two twin bed rooms are definitely meant for younger/smaller people. We had 2 adults who we were hoping could sleep on the beds but it wasn't possible because our group is all pretty tall. Overall it met most of our needs, and we would consider staying there again if we needed a rental in the area.

The property was conveniently located for our purposes, well maintained and clean. The property manager was most accommodating and responsive. I recommend updating the property listing to let potential customers know that all bedrooms are on the second floor. This may be a significant consideration for some renters because of age or mobility issues.
