The Space:
Immerse yourself in authentic Sonoran Desert living at this thoughtfully designed Western-themed retreat. The spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features soaring ceilings, modern amenities, and a private outdoor oasis with hot tub and BBQ area—perfect for experiencing Arizona's legendary sunsets and starlit skies.
Digital nomads will appreciate the dedicated office space with dual 24" monitors, high-speed WiFi, and ergonomic setup. Families love the fully stocked kitchen, game collection, and pet-friendly amenities. The private backyard opens to a neighborhood park with playground and fitness equipment.
Please let us know if you are bringing pets and we can provide some pet amenities including Kennels, bowls, and extra pet blankets. We require that you provide us with their size and breed before we accept your reservation at our discretion. There is a current maximum of TWO pets allowed per reservation and the pet fee is $75 per reservation.
DETAILS:
Two bedrooms include a TV. Bath towels are laid out on the beds. One of the closets include an iron, ironing board, and rollaway twin bed. In the living room is a sofa bed that can fold out if needed; extra sheets & a pillow are in the closet of one of the bedrooms.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, egg boiler, waffle maker, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware is available for use for preparing meals as desired. The backyard also has a BBQ grill with a propane tank.
The bathrooms will include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink.
There is a spacious backyard space with a couple of chairs, a small table, and a BBQ grill.
The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed.
The neighborhood has a small park behind the backyard with a playground and various pull-up bars and dip stations. There is also a nearby bike path that travels north along Silverbell Road; perfect for bike rides and morning jogs.
Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 74-85 degrees during the day or down to 72 in the evenings as desired.
Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire property except for the cleaning closet.
The Neighborhood:
Adventure awaits at your doorstep! Saguaro National Park (10 minutes) offers world-class desert hiking among towering cacti. Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (15 minutes) provides incredible wildlife encounters. University of Arizona campus (12 minutes) perfect for visiting students and families. Sabino Canyon Recreation Area (20 minutes) features stunning waterfalls and scenic tram rides. Downtown Tucson's vibrant restaurant and arts scene just 10 minutes away.
This small friendly neighborhood is near the I-10 freeway and within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness Gym, Subway, Wells Fargo, and a few decent restaurants. It's also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant.
There is a limit of 3 vehicles and all must be parked in the driveway or garage if possible. Street parking is limited and not recommended.
Behind the backyard is a small playground along with pull-up bars and dip stations. There is a bike path that runs north along Silverbell Rd that’s perfect for bike rides or morning jogs.
Please adhere to our neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm to 7am.
Getting Around:
There is a strict 3 vehicle limit. The 2-car garage and driveway are available and recommended for parking. Street parking is limited and not recommended. The property is also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant Rd.
Other Things to Note:
The place is thoroughly deep cleaned when vacated and in between guest stays.
If the propane tank for the grill becomes empty, it can be filled/exchanged at the nearest Shell Gas Station along Silverbell Rd. Just let me know and send a picture of the receipt and I'll be happy to reimburse.
Longer stays (monthly) are welcome as well. Please message me first as to the reason for your stay before booking an extended stay.
Long-term Stays: Cleaners will perform a routine property maintenance visit and light cleaning service once per calendar month during the rental term. Tenant will receive the monthly cleaning schedule shortly after booking confirmation. The scope of each visit includes general tidying, bathroom refresh, kitchen wipe-down, any maintenance needs, and a property condition inspection. This service is included in the monthly rental rate. Tenant's cooperation in providing reasonable access is required as a condition of occupancy.
