The front staff was excellent. We have stayed at many Red Lions. Their rooms are very consistent. Not this time. The room was stripped down. Very few towels, no cups, two pillows, one thin blanket, the heat could not be turned up etc. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Though they did have raisin bread. This hotel was not up to Red Lion standards.

Theres no coffee pot, the electric didn't work in bathroom, you had to be let in your room everytime because door keys did not work! The telephone in room didnt work so you were screwed if you needed in. Morning shift was absolutely the rudest when you tried to complain. Mind you i run a motel and understand customer service very well but dude was an a@#hole! Dont spend your money here GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!We are not hard to please at all and wewere just so tired from driving we wanted to rest. Good point...no bed bugs !!

I realize that this place was very budget friendly, but we were given a room with only 2 bath towels! The bed was only made once, and towels were never washed! The rooms opened on both sides. Duct tape help the remote control together, and held cabinets closed in the breakfast area. There was no clock or radio in the room. There is a $100.00 security deposit required for each room. my partner and I are in no way undesirables, but that is how we felt here. We've speculated that homeless people are given a room for the night and that's a wonderful thing; our daughter was homeless for a time. But this kind of situation did absolutely nothing to make us comfortable. Why did we stay? Simply that the situation didn't bother my husband so much as me. By the way, we stayed a night at a low-cost motel in Williams, but it was clean, neat, and fine. Don't stay at the Red Lion Inn and Suites unless you are truly desperate is my opinion!

They try, but

Staff were helpful, owner was very nice, but hotel was plagued with problems. At checkin, was told having hot water issues, and upgraded my room to a suite. However, tv in living room would not turn on. Bedroom tv took several tries to bring up menu. Phone in room didn’t work. Power outage in evening. Off and on issues with internet. Free breakfast, but limited.

Don’t stay here!!

Wifi didn’t work during the stay, no towels in the bathroom, no hand soap, dirty and sticky floors, and overall it was a horrible experience.

Very dirty. Do not recommend. Torn and stained bedding, bugs in shower, toilet ran all night, dried white stuff on the side of be end table and desk was about to break. Hotel has the potential to be amazing, but it’s very run down and scary.

The gentleman handling check out around 6am was extremely rude. He ignored that i was standing at the window for a while. When he took my key card i asked for a receipt, he typed in something on the computer, printed a paper out sat it down then walked away. I was waiting for my receipt and he had his headphones on listening to music and dancing. After 5 minutes i just left.

When we first got there to check in the woman at the front desk was very rude. Their wifi was down and we walked up to the counter to check in and instead of explaining that to us. She told us there was a line and we needed to wait. There were other people in the waiting area but they were all over. We had no idea they were waiting to check in. After watching her play on her phone for 10 mins she finally started calling people to check in. We got into the room the fridge had hair in it and was leaking from the top. The shower curtain had what looked like stained red gatorade all over it, as well as the lamp in the bedroom. The bed was hard and the pillows it came with were incredibly thin. I went and bought my own pillows. Check out was definitely better. There was someone different at the counter. She waa quick and helpful.

The floor was so filthy we had to wipe our feet before getting into bed. There were huge cobwebs on the walls. Not even a chair on which to set our clothes. No plastic, paper or glsss cups in room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of carb choices with awful weak coffee. We were allowed to park our van and trailer in back of property
