Welcome to Saddle Notch Mountain Villa 6! This stunning townhome is designed with families in mind. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor gathering space, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy all that Bear Lake Reserve has to offer. This home is not pet friendly.

Upstairs on the main floor, you will find the open kitchen and living room that open to a large deck with fantastic mountain and nature views and a picnic table. The master suite, complete with a king size bed and private bathroom, is also upstairs on the main floor.

Downstairs you will find an additional three bedroom and 2 bathrooms. A second king bedroom enjoys a private bath, and the third bath is shared between the bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with a lofted full size bed. The downstairs porch features a custom built bed swing! With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this home comfortably sleeps 10!
