Two Bedroom Luxury Westwood Lodge on Newperran Holiday Park near Perranporth

Westwood Lodge is a modern two bedroom lodge, it is very spacious throughout. Enjoy our wrap around decking with gorgeous views of the Cornish countryside. Sunsets are very special here!

There is parking for two cars directly outside the lodge. The lodge is accessed via a ramp to the secure decking area. There is a table for four people to relax and enjoy the view of the Cornish countryside.

When entering the lodge you have a hall area for storing your coats, shoes and bags.

Access to the kitchen is to the left hand side where there is a fully fitted kitchen with all the essential crockery, cutlery, glasses, baking trays etc. There will be tea, coffee, sugar and milk to start your holiday and enable you to have a drink when you arrive. The dining area has a large table with plenty of space for four guests to eat together.

The lounge area has two sofas, coffee table and an electric fire, There is central heating throughout the lodge. A smart 50" TV is available for your use. From the lounge area you can access the decking in the warmer months. There are some games available for your use.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed with plenty of storage space for clothes and a dressing table and full length mirror. The room has a smart TV for your use. There is access to an en-suite shower room (toiletries not included). Towels are included. A toilet roll will be provided.

The main bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over it. Toiletries are not included. A toilet roll is provided.

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds. There is a dressing table and a smart TV for your use. There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space for your belongings.

The Sunset Bar is available for your use, you do not need passes to enter. There is a small arcade for children and a pool table. The opening hours vary throughout the season. Please message me for details of the opening times for your stay and a sample menu.

The swimming pool is heated and is open every day all year round. There are toilets and changing rooms inside and loungers to sit on around the pool. You do not need a pass to enter the pool but during busier periods you may need to book through Guest Services to ensure you can enter. Always sign in at Guest Services before entering the pool. Please be aware this pool is not life guarded.

This quiet site is ideal for families or couples wanting a relaxing holiday. The site is perfectly located for easy access to many beautiful beaches including Perranporth, Newquay and Crantock.

This is a self catering lodge, we provide:

- all bedding
- towels
- tea, coffee, milk & sugar
- a toilet roll in each bathroom
- some dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid to start you off
- tea towels
- hand soaps is bathrooms

We DO NOT provide:
- washing powder for washing machine but you are welcome to use the machine
- toiletries, please bring your own shower gel and shampoo
