Staff doesn't speak English. Rooms have no windows but a small skylight. Old everything.

A lovely hotel with excellent service
We were very impressed with the service and also the breakfast they provided, the hotel had a nice overall feel to it and we felt very comfortable. The only slight criticism was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Everything was perfect. Great historic place near town center. About 7 minutes walk to famous Plaza Mayor. The hotel is in a restored convent.

An old convent with a fantastic inner dining and lounge area. Great restaurant and good value menu del dia. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff and great value overall
