Not much to like. The place needs plenty of work. A severely overcrowded resort with dated rooms and absolutely terrible bathrooms. Shower curtain over the bath which dripped water all over the floor. Drain in bath was blocked... in fact ours had precious guests hair in plug. Hot water system took 5 min to kick in..wasting columes of water. No room between toilet and bath tub to sit, and housekeeping constantly under supplied toilet paper and towels. We paid and had a family of 5 in the room, and every day only 3 towels left by housekeeping. I complained about this every day to the rude front desk staff, only foe them to give me lip service that they will " make a special note to housekeeping for more towels " which never happened. We travelled with another family of 4, who were lucky enough at check in to het upgraded to a King room, even though we had 5 they could not find us a bigger room despite us paying more for the room. Staff were overall not accommodating and showed no genuine care or empathy. You definitely get what you pay for here and staff must be on minimum wage because thier effort and drive to be polite, is very infrequent. I would recommend you pay a bit more and stay in a cleaner more friendly facility.

Liked: Denny’s and Publix nearby, but Resort breakfast was terrible, resort laundry is terrible and no information about what powder does what from the 2 you select and no information about how long the washing machine or dryer takes (average) maybe a step by step on how to use everything I mentioned in the guest laundry and only 1 from 3 washing’s worked. Gave some advise to a male receptionist and he seemed to take it the wrong way, as I have 20yrs in Hotel and Resort Management, then he wouldn’t help me during the rest of my stay Only one female receptionist was nice and helped me HEAPS, besides her, the rest of the resort needs ALLOT of improvements, maybe the staff from Denny’s should run the resort, they seemed to be HEAPS better I won’t return in 2yrs with my partner, we will definitely stay elsewhere....
