Situated just steps from the gondola, our studio provides direct access to Northstar`s ice skating, skiing/snowboarding, shopping, dining and recreation center. Whether you`re a winter sports enthusiast or a summer adventurer, this studio is in the midst of it all.

Location: Steps away from the gondola, the Slope Side Studio is situated in the heart of Northstar Village Resort. Enjoy the ease of skiing in and out, making the most of your time on the slopes, and relishing the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Parking: this studio has one reserved uncovered parking space. There’s also additional free/paid parking surrounding Northstar Village.

Pet Policy:
1) One dog per reservation (No cats due to severe owner allergy)

2) Pet`s are never to be left unattended in the condo at any time. Leaving pet`s unattended violates HOA guidelines and is a safety risk for the pet and potential noise nuisance to neighboring condo`s.

3) Pet`s are not allowed on the furniture.

4) All pet hair needs to be disposed in the trash. Do not wash pets in the shower or flush pet hair down the toilet. Any excessive cleaning due to pets will be charged directly to guests.

Contact with the owner was quick and easy. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. The same goes for the pool; it was mentioned in the description, but to find it, you had to go to a separate website for an additional fee, and so on. The description also didn't indicate it was a condo, and the photo wasn't of the room being rented

Very convenient location!

Really good location, this small studio is right in front of a coffee shop/little market. Very easy access from the parking lot to the elevator and studio. Place was modern, very clean and organized. If you just want a place close to the gondola and restaurants, this is perfect. They do have a cute little kitchen (maybe too little) that can help with some food. The snow gear electric warmer on the wall was very helpful. For sure, we will be back next winter!

Nice place, especially for the ski season and skiers right there at the mountain. Property managers are very good w communication. A couple little touches would make it better, like coffee for the coffee maker. There's a coffee shop very close but would have liked a coffee in the room. Some hooks needed in the bathroom for towels.

Spring Ski Northstar Village

We enjoyed our stay in the studio unit which is located in the original Northstar Village. The location afforded us easy access to the lifts and restaurants in the village. My only negative observation is that the television is dependant on streaming service and unbenknownst to us after perhaps an hour and one half effort to access the internet we realized prior to our arrival someone had disconnected what I'm guessing was the router. However, the owner did his best to help, albeit remotely.
