Hot tub, fire pit, bocce court, horseshoe pit, outdoor dining area, patio with seating area, deck, BBQ. MINIMUM ONE YEAR LEASE, SUBJECT TO LEASE AGREEMENT. For additional fee, full access to community amenities including tennis, swimming pool, Northstar ski shuttle, ski base camp, basketball, clubhouse and gym.
