Awesome room with amenities. We had the king w/couch - plenty of space and loved the refrigerator with options of snacks and beer in the room. It came with great tea, coffee and salt dehydration packets. The front staff was so kind, loved the property. So many great things

Great hotel in Truckee

Got there late. I think it was Cody behind the desk. He was so kind. I had sent a note earlier that I would be late and he was ready for me. He got me checked in and off to bed quickly. Gave me all the info I needed about breakfast, the bar, etc. Room was very clean, coffee and water in the room. Also some beer in the fridge. Restaurant for breakfast next morning ((Stella?) was very good. Highly recommend

Great Spot

I always try to stay here when I come up for work. Really nice, clean facilities and the prices are always lower than I’d expect. Close to ski resorts and downtown truckee.

I would not recommend a stay at Gravity Haus in Truckee/Lake Tahoe. The online pictures make it look much nicer than it really is. It feels outdated and poorly managed. There aren’t any convenient food options if you’re there on a Monday or Tuesday and the mini bar options are tragically over priced - for example they charge $1.50 for a tiny bag of Haribou gummy bears (with 10 or 11 gummy bears, I counted lol). And while it presents as very dog friendly, dogs are only allowed in certain rooms and are there’s a $50 charge per dog per night. Fortunately i stayed there midweek during an off time so the rate was much cheaper than usual.

We had an exceptional experience at this cozy hotel. From the moment we arrived, despite our late check-in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. Grayson, at the reception desk, was particularly welcoming and meticulously went through every detail of our reservation. The hotel's charm you can feel from the lobby, which has an impressive architecture. Our rooms were so quite and clean, furnished to a high standard. The convenient location of amenities added to our comfort. The overall ambiance, attentive service, and quality accommodations have left a great impression on our entire family.
