From the main floor deck, enjoy forest views. Spend the evening upstairs in the game loft, which offers a pool table, television, wet bar, and sofa, which converts to a sleeper should you need a little extra space.

When it comes time to retire for the evening, the main floor primary bedroom features a King bed, real wood fireplace, television, walk-in closet, and recently remodeled ensuite bath. A converted room on the main floor dawns two twin beds and is perfect for keeping an eye on the little ones. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms both offer King beds and reading chairs.

Outdoors, enjoy a gas grill, two separate back decks, a grassy front lawn and mature landscaping.

Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The county record shows this home as a 3 BR, and therefore it is listed as such, however there is an additional room that acts as a 4th sleeping area for the kids. While the occupancy is listed as 8, up to one additional child under 12 is allowed (max of 9 total.)
4. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
