Looks good, fails on basics

Rooms were clean and nicely designed, though the sink in the bedroom and shower opening straight into it felt improvised and odd. Staff were kind but very young and a bit clueless. The real issues were with service: despite requesting a cot for our daughter, none was provided, we were told at 10:30pm (4 hours later) they were “finished,” and only given a changing mat. At breakfast, a sign at the entrance instructed guests to clear their own tables, which felt ridiculous in a hotel setting. Decaf wasn’t served unless we took capsules to make it ourselves in our room. With the excuse of “eco-friendliness,” we felt that toiletries were minimal and there was no bottled water in the rooms. Overall, service and standards fell well below what you’d expect at a 4 stars hotel.

Hôtel tout neuf avec un petit parking à douze euros la nuit. Excellent accueil chambre très bien équipée moderne literie ultra.confortable avec surmatelas. Nespresso dans les chambres. Un buffet boisson chaude jusqu'artisanaux gâteaux maison fruits frais disponibles gratuitement h 24 hors temps du petit déjeuner. Une petite salle de sport équipé de matériels en bois. Tout est fait dans cet établissement pour respecter la planète. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très beau.
