We didn't expect the room set-up to be an open shower/sink. It's not much privacy, which is not OK while traveling with a family and a teenage child. The hotel has been having issues with their linens. The restaurant staff were very nice and having access to free coffee and snacks was very much appreciated.

Everything was perfect. Very close to the city center by walking. Staff was friendly and efficient. Family room was perfect for four. Added bonus was available parking onsite, that they don't advertise for. Club, Gym was also really nice.

We booked a family room and are satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed and sofa bed as well as the welcome at front desk and late check out provided. Location is just 5-7 minutes walk from the old town. Service could be further improved specifically for after stay - we have left a shirt jacket behind which we were told was eventually found and will be mailed back to us. After providing our mailing details, the hotel stopped responding. We have requested Hotels.com to help but so far has not received further update. Bummer as it just an item bought during the trip.

Looks good, fails on basics

Rooms were clean and nicely designed, though the sink in the bedroom and shower opening straight into it felt improvised and odd. Staff were kind but very young and a bit clueless. The real issues were with service: despite requesting a cot for our daughter, none was provided, we were told at 10:30pm (4 hours later) they were “finished,” and only given a changing mat. At breakfast, a sign at the entrance instructed guests to clear their own tables, which felt ridiculous in a hotel setting. Decaf wasn’t served unless we took capsules to make it ourselves in our room. With the excuse of “eco-friendliness,” we felt that toiletries were minimal and there was no bottled water in the rooms. Overall, service and standards fell well below what you’d expect at a 4 stars hotel.

Excellent sĂ©jour chez OKKO Troyes. Grand confort, proximitĂ© du centre ville, chambre propre et de qualitĂ©. HĂŽtel qui mĂ©rite amplement son 4 Ă©toiles. TrĂšs belles prestations et accueil professionnel. Encas disponible Ă  toute heure et bonne initiative sur "l'aperitivo" offert en dĂ©but de soirĂ©e (planche charcuterie ou tapenade). Moyen pour eux de faire consommer les clients au bar mais, honnĂȘtement, les tarifs sont trĂšs abordables pour ce type d'hĂŽtel. Petit-dĂ©jeuner de grande qualitĂ© avec des produits frais et locaux. Un rĂ©gal. Nous y retournerons assurĂ©ment !!! À noter que l'hĂŽtel ne dispose que de quelques places de parking Ă  rĂ©server directement auprĂšs d'eux et en avance. Cependant, il y a beaucoup de places en extĂ©rieur dans les rues avoisinantes voire un parking R+1 EFFIA au niveau de la gare (Ă  300m).
