It smelled awful I kept getting bit by fleas the beds were so uncomfortable the only thing good was the front desk lady working at that time

It was fine, but then the air conditioning went out, and we let them know in the morning. It was unplugged then plugged back in, worked 5 minutes then gave error code. Hotel would not give us any discount for this, mind you its August 20th in Troy. AL. Room 315. Don't get it

Things were not clean at all! Bare minimum is done for cleaning in rooms. Toilet had mold. Trash cans were awful with growing mold i had to talke to office and ask for replacements they were so nasty

I liked the location, it was within walking distance of everything. There were roaches in the bathroom and living space. Bathroom was dirty and the carpet had an oder to it as if it had been wet for a while. The fridge in the room was dirty inside. The pool was dirty with trash, the water was stagnant and there was no circulation of the water. I have pictures.

This place is awful. I booked 2 rooms for our halfway point to Florida. Immediately roaches everywhere when we walked in. Couldn’t even put our stuff down. It was late at night and 7 of us. We immediately checked out and found another hotel at 2 in the morning. Still waiting for my refund.
