A very sad and neglected hotel overall. Not worth the money at all. Our ensure was particularly poor with a tap hanging off the sink, and a shower that was complete unfit for purpose.

We booked a suite and the room was great. Beautiful bathroom with roll top bath! It was clean and comfortable with a large bed and plenty of tea / coffee etc. Lovely touch with a can of diet coke each and water in the fridge for us.

Staff on check in was rude, safe didn’t work, mirror in bathroom was dangerous, ac unit hanging off wall, room unclean, not worth the money.
The lad on the night shift was the only positive asset to the hotel
The room had what was required, was a bit small, only a bed to sleep in after all, staff were really polite & catered for all needs, great stay!

All staff were fantastic. Very polite and welcoming. Booked a privileged room , bed really comfy and room clean. Bathroom needed updating, toilet didn't flush properly and hardly any power in the shower. Enjoyed breakfast, not much choice on cereal but fresh pastries and fried breakfast was nice.
Breakfast was tasty wasn’t very fresh, eggs and bacon dried out. No milk jugs available for tea and coffee. No butter out. Staff were very friendly and helpful but could have been more efficient

Room extremely small, obviously I didn't realise how pokey 18 sq m is. TV did not work properly, no BBC or ITV1. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Towel storage rack hanging off wall. Very expensive for what we got. On a plus the breakfast was excellent and friendly staff.
